What’s going on in the property market? (Oct 2023)

Between the OCR and CCR, prices have been getting closer.

(That’s between the regions on the outskirts and the regions in the city centre.)

Once upon a time, just in 2019, the gap was 125%.

In 2023, it’s a 57% gap.

Right now, there’s a brand new project that’s about to launch at a tiny gap of 20%.

What does this mean?
