If you need a content/copywriter for an article…
The interview can be in person, or on the phone.
And $120 per page gives you about 500 words per page.
Light research included, but if industry-specific expertise or paid access is needed, you’ll need to provide the information, or bear the cost.
If you’re looking to publish a book in Singapore…

I’m estimating a little higher, the actual prices are down to the individual layout and book cover artist, and the printers who have to price it on book size, paper quality, and the paper market. (Yup, there’s a paper market, with fluctuating prices).
Content-wise, it would be about 80 A4 pages, which translates to twice the size, at least, in a book (think 160 pages or more, a good size).
Other things to note:
You’ll need a place to store your 3,000 books.
To get your book in bookshops, you’ll need to work with a distributor, who will take a few hundred copies first. They’ll put the book in Popular and the other stores, and take a 60% cut of your book’s sticker price, to share with the stores.
So you’ll get 40% of your book’s price.
So if you sell all 3,000 books at $25, you’ll be getting $30,000 back.
